Shipping Policy

Welcome to PEUM! We aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience, including clear and transparent shipping policies. All products ship directly from South Korea to Australia and our international destinations.

🌍 Where We Ship We currently ship to Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Prices and shipping costs are automatically displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Shipping Fees Shipping is calculated by destination and order weight at checkout. The order-value thresholds below are in AUD and are automatically converted to your local currency:

  • Orders over AUD 200 β†’ Complimentary shipping 🎁
  • Orders AUD 150–199.99 β†’ Flat rate AUD 20
  • Orders AUD 100–149.99 β†’ Flat rate AUD 40
  • Under AUD 100 β†’ Calculated by weight at checkout

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • 5–14 business days from order to delivery (includes processing + international shipping), depending on destination and customs clearance.

Made-to-Order Items Some products are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for production before dispatch. This will be noted on the individual product page.

Delivery Conditions

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address.
  • Delivery estimates are based on ground floor front door delivery.
  • If freight charges are unusually high, we may request additional fees or cancel your order before dispatch. A full refund will be issued if cancelled.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery.

  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States: As of 2025, the US no longer offers a duty-free de minimis exemption, so import duties may apply to your order regardless of its value.

  • πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ Singapore Β· πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ New Zealand Β· πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ Malaysia: Local GST or import taxes may apply on arrival.

Please check your local import rules before ordering. PEUM is not responsible for customs fees or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Wrong Product or Damaged Items Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
