Refund & Returns Policy

At PEUM, we are committed to a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers, in Australia and worldwide.

Returns We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@peum.com.au before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International orders: return shipping and any export or re-import charges are the customer's responsibility. Any duties or import taxes you paid on your original order are collected by your local customs authority and cannot be refunded by PEUM.
  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: we cover all return costs β€” see below.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care items

Exchanges To exchange an item, complete the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For change-of-mind returns, this covers the product price only β€” original and return shipping are excluded.
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid to local authorities are non-refundable.
  • Your bank may take additional time to process.

Damaged or Wrong Items Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos. We'll resolve it at no cost to you β€” including covering return shipping or sending a replacement.
