Shipping Process
Every PEUM piece travels from the artisan's hands in Korea to your door in Australia. Here is how the journey works.
1. Order placed
Your order is confirmed and processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Some pieces are handcrafted to order — these need up to 2 additional weeks for production, noted on the product page.
2. Shipped from Korea
Parcels are carefully packed and dispatched from South Korea via Korea Post EMS. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number — you can follow it end-to-end on our Track Your Order page.
3. Delivered to your door
Delivery takes 5–14 business days from order to your door, depending on customs clearance. Please provide a residential or business address — we can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Shipping fees
Orders $200 and over ship free. Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $30. All prices are in AUD.
Taxes & duties
Your order price already includes 10% Australian GST — nothing extra to pay. Orders under AUD 1,000 are generally delivered with no additional charges; over AUD 1,000, Australian Customs may charge import duties on arrival.
Need a change?
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering — email hello@peum.com.au. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
