Depth, not volume. The bowl you reach for when the meal deserves more than a plate.
Tovy's Jade Sky Medium Bowl is made in the form of the Guk-daejeop (국대접) — the Korean soup bowl, generous in its curve, measured in its height. The signature Cheongja (청자) celadon glaze reads differently as the bowl fills: pooling at the base, thinning toward the rim, creating a luminous gradient that shifts between jade and pale sky. Premium Korean clay keeps the profile lightweight despite the 14cm presence. Whether it holds a morning broth or a weekend salad, the bowl carries the same quiet authority — the Korean minimalism that PEUM is built on: not reduction, but the elimination of everything unnecessary.
It suits a soup bowl at a slow Sunday dinner — the kind where the broth matters as much as the company. As a cereal bowl it makes the morning routine feel considered without requiring effort. Paired with the Small Bowl and the Ripple Plates, it forms a composed Jade Sky table setting that sustains daily use without losing its presence. Practical enough for every day; refined enough that guests will ask about it. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Handcrafted in South Korea by Tovy, in the celadon tradition.
