The Sori Tree Mug is made in the Buncheong stoneware tradition — the Korean ceramic lineage that dates to the 15th-century Joseon court, now made by contemporary artisans in Icheon. The form takes a modern turn: a gently flared opening at 330ml, a profile that widens slightly toward the top, creating a cup that sits well in the hand and opens generously to the nose. The tree motif wraps the exterior in a loose, brushed line — informal but deliberate, botanical without being literal. The grey-green surface of the Buncheong glaze anchors it as something made with specific intention.
