Our wooden items are crafted from natural solid wood, making each piece unique in its color, grain, and texture. Please read the care instructions below to maintain their quality and beauty.

📌 Before You Buy

Due to the nature of solid wood, clean immediately after use with cool water.Wipe off moisture and let it dry naturally in a cool, shaded place.Use a soft sponge with dish soap, flour, or baking soda under running water for cleaning.

Do not soak in water, use dishwashers, or apply bleach.For long-term care, apply grapeseed oil every 2 months and let it sit for a short time before wiping.

Please note:

Natural wood varies in color and grain — no two pieces are the same.

Minor cracks or rough patterns caused by natural "knots" in the wood are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I see dark or bluish marks on the board. Is it mold?
A. No. This is a natural grain pattern found in certain parts of the wood. Since our products are made by cutting and sanding whole logs, these natural variations may appear.

Q. There’s a small circular crack on my board.
A. That’s a knot, not a crack. Knots are natural formations where branches once grew. It’s safe to use and not a defect.

Q. My cutting board has a smell.
A. Each board is treated with oil twice during sanding and drying. The scent may be from the oil finish and will fade with time and use.
